Silent Town Photo Contest

The Silent Team are excited to announce a new exciting contest that will be running throughout the end of November and most of December.
​
What do you have to do? Well, it's simple! Take a trip to Silent Town's 'otherworld' and take a photo with your avatar. Be fun.. be spooky...be creative! Photoshop editing is allowed, as long as you include only one photograph, not a collage of photos. You will then need to upload your image on to our flickr page that was created just before the contest begins. Three Winners of this contest will have their images placed on new Silent Town 2019 billboard ads (displayed for at least 6 months) at various locations of the experience. They will also be awarded with prizes:

1st place - L$2000 and your photograph on the main ad for advertising, entrance way billboard and land details.
2nd place - L$1000 and your photograph on sim billboard outside the subway.
3rd place - L$500 and your photograph on sim billboard by the woodside apartments complex.

Your photographs will be judged by the Silent Team; scripters, builders and agents. Please upload your photographs with 2000 x 1075 pixel dimensions. The height must be shorter than the width or your image will appear warped on our posters. The winners will be announced on Christmas! Good luck everyone!

Silent Halloween Hunt
The Silent Hill Experience returns with its second Halloween Hunt! This time, Nurse Amy has a different surprise waiting for you this October~

Last year, Red Pyramid Head took you on a pumpkin hunt to collect all 31 pumpkins throughout the experience.
For this Halloween, Nurse Demon Amy has a different idea. Nothing comes easy, and neither should your reward. Can you sense it? The sweet smell of your flesh and guilt lingers and allures something beyond the trees and in that strange town they call, 'Silent Hill'.
If you can manage to survive, locate the pieces of Silent Hill's mysterious photograph which reveals a bundle of rare prizes. Nurse Demon Amy personally had the pleasure of creating an obnoxious obstacle for you. You must first locate Amy to receive your first clue; a picture of your next destination. You will begin your journey into the foggy other world with one thing in mind:

*NEW* Wait for it! We're coming back with more!
So we said farewell last week to our very first pumpkin hunt! We also had a huge success, brining up to 60
people at one point to Silent Fright Night on Oct 28!! Thanks to all who were able to make it!

Plans are already being made to bring back a New Years Celebration at Silent Apocalypse! And not just one, but TWO celebrations. (New Years and Lunar New Year). Why are we having two? Well.. for those of you who
aren't living in the East side of the world, this is a huge holiday celebrated throughout Asian countries and
has just as much importance as January 1st's New Years Day! Stay tuned to hear about more information by
checking the website and group notices in Secondlife!

With long wait, Silent Hill Team now excited tell you combat system on the way. HUD already is make, along with med kits and weapons. We currently wait of 12 new monsters to be scripted. Updates will posted on website or in group notice! :)
